Gulab Jamun Dosa Viral Video: Who knew that a bizarre food experiment, unlike the rest, would end up reminding people of a French dish? Believe it or not, but that is exactly what happened when yet another street-side food vendor ‘embraced’ his ‘creative liberty’. Coming up with Gulab Jamun Dosa, the man and his dish went viral, as it somehow reminded people of the French dish Crepe. The clip went viral and surprisingly received a positive response from most people. The dish, in fact, earned the tag ‘Desi French Crepe’. However, there were some who simply did not like the combination.
The video was shared on social media platform Instagram, by the handle ‘foodpandits’. The post was captioned, “Atrangi Gulabjamun Dosa.”

The video, soon after being shared on social media, went viral and drew a mixed reaction from people. Most people did not like the experiment, while the other half seemed excited to try it. Some also compared the dish with the French snack ‘French Crepe’. Many also pointed out at the food seller’s close resemblance to singer Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, more popular by the name The Weeknd.
The video was shared two days ago and pulled 22K likes from people. Taking to the comment section, people shared their take.
“As much as I hate these inventions, I think this will taste like a sweet crepe. This should taste good,” a user said. “Customer demand??? Kaunse hai ye customer? (Who are these customers),” added a second person. “Please don’t come to South India. People won’t be able to decide how to punish you,” added a third person.
“Aliens need to invade us now,” added a fourth person. “Still better than vada pao girl. The girl bought a Mustang by earring through her controversies,” added a fifth user. “The weeknd in now running a dosa stall ??? Why does this food stall seller looks so much like the singer?” added another. “Basically this is desi French crepe,” added another.
