Gwalior Viral Video: The concept of ‘abiding by the law’ went for a toss when a man in Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior went ‘above and beyond’, when going against the traffic authorities. The said commuter was stopped for checking by a few traffic police personnel, while he was driving. However, taking the otherwise common scenario to an ugly level, the man in return attacked the traffic policemen. He went as far as choking one of the cops, as seen in a video that was shared on social media. Meanwhile, the other two policemen were seen trying to get their coworker out of the commuter’s grip.
The date of the incident could not be confirmed. The incident did not sit well with the majority of netizens, who blamed the man for the chaos.
The video instantly went viral and gained a mixed reaction from people. Some found the man’s response ‘uncalled for’, and recalled their own ‘calm’ ways of dealing with traffic police, while the rest blamed the traffic system in general. Many also found the incident hilarious.
The video was shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘Arhant Shelby’. The post was re-shared by ‘Ghar ke kalesh’, with the caption, “Kalesh b/w a guy and traffic police. Gwalior MP, policemen stopped this man for checking, but this man attacked the traffic policemen instead.” The post was shared yesterday and pulled 42K views from people.

“This man is the man. God knows what he was thinking, but revolting against traffic police just for stopping you to check your vehicle is just wild man. More power to him,” added a second netizen.
“India is not for beginners. You never know what the other might do and what they are thinking. Unpredictable country,” added a third user.
“Who is beating whom and why,” asked a fourth person.
“Paisa wala yaa koi leader ka beta hoga.. Samjho baat ko (He must be someone with money, or maybe some leader’s son. Try to understand),” taunted a fifth user.
