Man Alleges Traffic Cops Slapped Him And His Pet Dog; Internet Comes Together To Demand Action | Viral Video

Viral Video: Justice against traffic violations or road rage is surely something that India lacks majorly. However, traffic cops going ‘overboard’ with the way they deal with possible violators is also not an ideal solution. Experiencing something similar, a man shared a video on social media, where he alleged that some traffic cops slapped him and his pet dog. The violation or reason for what triggered the incident was not clear. In the clip, the man also showed his dog, who was inside the car, and the marks that he supposedly received after getting hit.

A few people were also gathered around the men, as the chaos unfolded on the side of a busy road. The place and location of the incident could not be confirmed. As soon as the clip went viral, most people were against the cops and wanted to know the full context of the matter in the post’s comment box.

The video was shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘Ghar ke kalesh’. The post was captioned, “Kalesh on Road over "Mere Kutte ko thappad kyu maara" (Full Context in the Clip).” The video was shared yesterday and pulled more than 50K views from people.

The video, soon after getting shared, went viral and pulled all kinds of reactions. Most people tagged authorities in the post and demanded action against traffic cops for slapping the dog and the man, while the rest were irked over the violence against the animal.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “I don't understand whose mistake it is,” a user said. “Whatever happened the dog should not have been hit, what was his fault, he was sitting in the car,” added a second person. “The one who has been beaten has the right to abuse,” commented a third person. “Very serious issue in India,” added a fourth person.
