Pakistan Viral Viral: Apart from women facing questionable treatment by many, that makes headlines from time to time, moral policing has also emerged as a major issue for women in several countries. Adding to the list, another incident went viral, where an alleged Pakistani man was seen forcibly covering up the head of a female YouTuber, on camera during an interview. However, standing up for herself, the woman had a prompt reply to give, which was quick in winning a majority of netizens.
Accusing the man of touching her without her consent in an attempt to cover her head against her will, the woman reminded him of legal troubles that he may end up facing. She also spoke about her freedom of choice and immediately gave the head cover back to the man. The date of the incident has not been confirmed. As soon as the clip went viral, most netizens sided with the woman and appreciated her confidence and courage.
The video was shared on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘Ghar ke kalesh’. The post was captioned, “Kalesh b/w A Guy and Female YouTuber in Pakistan.”

The video went viral and left people reacting. A majority of netizens sided with the woman and lauded her for standing up for herself, while the rest cracked jokes about the incident. Some also jokingly expressed their concerns for the woman’s well-being after the said interview. The post was shared yesterday and pulled 342K views from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their views. “Good to see the girl fighting back. Cheers for her!” a user said. “Taking care like his personal property. Why are some people so dumb and entitled,” added a second person. “It's their holy book which gives orders on what to do and what not to do. It is also true for Muslims in India they also interfere in the private life of other Muslims in Muslim majority areas regarding Hijaab etc. because they think it is a lifestyle to be followed by all Muslim women!” wrote another.
“Hats off to the girl for standing up for herself!! It takes courage to do so in a country like that!!” added a fourth person. “What about CHOICE?” added another. “Someone please tell me she’s safe and well nowadays,” added a sixth person. “It's your eyes that are the criminal, not her bare head,” added another.
