Rajasthan Viral Video: Humanity, unfortunately, has reached a level where people are either losing their lives or ending up with grievous injuries, all in the name of social media content. Recently becoming a prime example of the same, a young couple in Rajasthan’s Pali jumped from a 90-foot bridge to avoid getting hit by a speeding train reportedly on July 13. The duo in question was allegedly busy making a reel on the Goram Ghat Bridge, which is when they failed to notice the approaching train. By the time the couple realised the short distance between them and the train, it was too late for them, leaving them with the only option to jump into the gorge. A video of the same was shared on social media, which went viral.

The duo, 22-year-old Rahul Mewad and 20-year-old Jhanvi, were then rushed to the hospital. As per reports, both received severe injuries, whereas the husband’s condition is critical. The video left people reacting, where most were irked over the couple’s decision to make a reel on the bridge, while the rest demanded action against them.

The video was shared on X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘DevnaniRavinder’. The post was captioned, “A Couple Jumps From Rail Bridge Into 90-Feet Gorge As Train Arrives During Photo Shoot.” The video was shared today and pulled countless views from people.

Taking to the internet, people shared their take. “I bet they did it for a TikTok video!” a user said. “Common sense is not so common nowadays. Kisane bola tha udar jaake ye sab karne ko (who tools them to do something like this),” added a second person. “Is it a true incident? If yes, please take the cognizance and do the needful. @RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva @AshwiniVaishnaw,” added another.

“Now if we don't call this playing with our own lives, then what would we call it, I mean who goes to the tracks to take photos?” asked a fourth person. “They got the highest views on that reel,” added a fifth user. “That was a part of the photo shoot,” commented a sixth. “It's so scary to see this incident,” added another.
