It began with the Delhi metro and reached the Mumbai local train, and now, it has found a new ‘victim’- the DTC Bus. What we are talking about is not some infection or plague, but rather the infamous ‘Delhi metro shenanigans’ that have now reached the Delhi public buses. Delhiites were used to witnessing petty fights and arguments in the metro, but now they are also facing the same incidents in the public buses. Recently, social media saw a whole lot of new viral videos where people ended up creating ugly chaos on the bus. Joining the bandwagon, another clip surfaced online and went viral. The video showed two women fighting over a seat on the bus. What caught more attention was that the argument turned into an extremely abusive one real quick, leaving many stunned. Most netizens called it the ‘Delhi metro effect’.

The video was shared on the social media site X (formerly Twitter) by the handle ‘Ghar ke kalesh’. The post was captioned, “Kalesh b/w Two Women Inside DTC Bus over ladies seat.”

If he had spoken two more words then I fear both the ladies would have thrown him out of the bus,” added a next. “Just a normal day in public transport of Delhi,” said another.
