Viral Video: Although there are a number of reasons why netizens, at the end of the day, question their career and their goals on a daily basis, this one is a bit different though, which came from an unexpected source. A roadside food vendor selling golgappa has been going viral on the internet, ever since he revealed his monthly income. The said vendor was being interviewed by a YouTuber, who asked about his earnings. Answering the question, the golgappa seller’s initial answer confused the interviewer but it was later cleared that the seller earns Rs 2,500 on a daily basis.
The clip triggered all kinds of reactions where people mostly sided with the food seller and credited his ‘struggles’ and ‘work’ behind the earnings.
The video was shared on the social media site Instagram, by the handle ‘vijay_vox_’.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “This is so wrong. What if he gets robbed because of this? The least you could do is blur his face. They work extremely hard, and you're putting them at risk by exposing them like this,” a user said. “They work very hard too. They need to prepare everything from scratch and serve it all day standing. It makes sense,” a second said. “It’s hard to work like that. Sometimes it’s hot or cold or windy or rainy. Sometimes thieves take their money. Working indoors is easier,” said a third.
“Don’t go by this. Even he works so hard to educate his kids and bring up his family. He wouldn’t want his kid to do this job. Not degrading what he does, but don’t limit yourself to seeing monthly income, etc!” commented next.
