Viral Video: Probably with all the luck on his side, a little kid dodged a brutal hit by a speeding bus at the very last second, a video of which went viral on social media almost immediately. The kid in question was trying to cross a road, for which he decided to make a run for it. However, in his hurry, he missed to check the other side of the road, resulting in running in front of the bus. Fortunately enough, the bus driver was quick to hit the brakes, which made the bus stop quite abruptly. The kid was lucky enough to remain unharmed, as seen in the clip.

The video was shared on X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘CCTV IDIOTS’. The post was captioned, “Truck's emergency brakes save a boy's life.” The video was shared today and pulled 54K views from people.

The video went viral almost immediately and pulled all kinds of reactions from people. Most lauded the vehicle's safety features and appreciated the driver for his quick reaction, while the rest applauded the kid for not panicking.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “Salute to the truck driver. This was very close,” a user said. “Close call. The kid did well to keep running and not freeze, both had a good reaction,” added another. “Miracles really exist, you just need to believe in them,” commented a third person.

“That's impressive, most cars would struggle to stop that fast,” commented a fourth user. “A Latvian logistics firm known as Kreiss investigated the near-accident in partnership with Volvo to determine what prevented the accident. They concluded that the driver's quick reaction was the reason the truck stopped so quickly,” added another.
