Indian Railways Viral Video: Passengers travelling without tickets, especially on Indian Railways’ trains in India has only increased alarmingly in the last few years. Almost every single day, a similar case comes to light, only to result in more people avoiding train journeys. Adding to the list, a new incident was shared on social media, where a woman calling herself a lawyer was caught travelling without a ticket on the 2nd AC coach of the Seemanchal Express train. A video of the TTE, along with a few other passengers, confronting the woman was shared on the internet, which went viral. The accused was seen aggressively fighting and arguing with the TTE, as she claimed that her ticket was torn by the authorities.

The argument went on for quite a while, as several clips were shared online, which were recorded by the TTE as ‘evidence’ against the woman. In the last video that was shared, the accused was seen attacking the TTE, after which a uniformed man was seen asking her to follow him. The date of the matter could not be confirmed.

The Indian Railways video, after getting shared, went viral almost immediately. Most people chastised the woman for her behaviour, while the rest were left furious. Many also demanded action against the lawyer.

The video was shared on X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘NCMIndiaa’. The post was captioned, “AC 2-tier, Seemanchal Express First Half. TTE: Show me your ticket. Female Lawyer: You tore my ticket. TTE: Ok then just tell me your berth number. Female Lawyer: No first you clean the Latrine. It stinks.” The video was shared two days ago and pulled more than a million views from people.

“AC 2-tier, Seemanchal Express Climax. And finally, despite taking all the precautions, TTE Sir was beaten up just before the drama ended,” read another video where the woman was seen attacking the lawyer.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “No action will be taken. No case, no fine nothing! This is India, people can do anything they want,” a user said. “If there were no video evidence then the possibility of suspension and Jail to TTE has higher chances than 500rs fine to that lady,” added a second person.

“Why were so many people wasting their energy arguing with an imbecile? Video recording is evidence. She is against so much evidence, which is mostly enough,” added a second person. “I don't understand why there is no lady police beating the shit outta her… she is literally in the wrong attacking everything that questions her,” added another.
