The mess such celebratory bottles can create is surely something that not everyone is a fan of. With that said, opening up a champagne bottle mid-flight is surely NOT the ‘way to go’. However, this girl seemingly decided to learn the same the hard way. A video was shared on social media, where the said woman was seen opening up a champagne bottle while she was seated in her seat on a flight. Seats around her also looked packed as passengers were seen sitting on them. As soon as the woman opened the seal, what happened next was something that left many annoyed- except for the girl.

The bottle was quick to spill as it was evidently pressurised. In the clip, passengers around her gave a shocked look, whereas the girl started to laugh. The clip also left the internet irked, as many dubbed it a hassle for others.

The flight video, soon after shared, went viral and pulled all kinds of reactions. Most people found the incident bizarre and dubbed it ‘NOT funny’, while the rest chastised the woman for ‘ruining’ the journey of other passengers.

The video was shared on X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘beehaber’. The post was captioned, “A young woman caused chaos when she tried to open the champagne she bought from duty free on a plane.” The video was shared three days ago and pulled 83K views from people.

Should be banned from entering flights for some time,” a user said. “How did the bottle get allowed onto the flight,” added a second person. “Ngl but this is actually so annoying like she literally made an inconvenience for the people around her,” added another.
