The theory is quite simple and says that a partner, who loves you enough, will always be more than ready to do the smaller things in life for you. Now, you must be wondering how all that is connected with peeling oranges. Well, netizens apparently are testing the same theory out by using oranges. According to the Orange Peel Theory, if your partner loves you enough, they will happily peel oranges for you. Basically, what your parents used to do and never got the credit for, since the theory was not born at the time. Kidding, but you must have got the point by now.

How Did It Become A Sensation?

The Orange Peel Theory first took over the social media platform TikTok and then made its way to the rest of the platforms. It all began after a video of an internet user went viral, where they shared their chats with their ex-partner. The two were speaking about how the other one used to peel oranges for the other, but now, the said person is doing that on their own. The video went viral and turned into a test for people to test their partners.
