Her heartbreaking story, shared on social media, has stirred concern and sparked discussions online.

The viral video, posted on Instagram by the user ‘lianshots,’ was captioned, "After Facelifting (Botox)." Shared just three days ago, it has already amassed 29.9 million views. The clip has ignited a heated discussion, with many users emphasizing the importance of embracing natural beauty.
One user commented, "I’m going to stick with aging naturally… Exercise, eat healthy, sunblock." Another user expressed doubt, saying, "This is not Botox. It must be silicone or something else." A third user speculated, "That’s no Botox! She probably went to an illegal doctor who injected silicone sealant or something!" Meanwhile, another added, "Tell me you know nothing about Botox without telling me. Not sure what this is, but it’s definitely not Botox!"
A fifth user weighed in, stating, "Most likely, it is an implant. Botox is a substance injected in small amounts to relax muscles, but this video shows the movement of an implant—possibly a large amount of hyaluronic acid, encapsulated threads, or a direct implant."
