Israel-Palestine War: A house belonging to the father of Hamas's military wing chief, Mohammed Deif, was bombed by the Israeli Air Force on Wednesday morning in the besieged Palestinian territory of Gaza, The Times of Israel reported. The said dwelling was destroyed during the air raids launched by Israel as part of its counter-offensive against Palestinian militant outfit Hamas, whose militants infiltrated into the country in hoards last week.

"Dozens of Israeli Air Force fighter jets struck over 200 targets in the Al-Furqan neighborhood--a terrorist hotspot from which Hamas devises and executes their attacks. This is the 3rd counterstrike in the area during the last 24 hours, in which 450 targets were struck," the Israel Defence Force (IDF) posted on social media platform X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday (IST).
