A newly surfaced video from 2021 shows Meghan Markle and Prince Harry dancing together in a maternity ward shortly before the birth of their daughter, Princess Lilibet. Markle, dressed in a black maternity gown, is seen joyfully moving to the viral “Baby Momma Dance” song while cradling her baby bump. Prince Harry joins her in the playful moment, adding to the charm of the intimate family celebration.

The video, filmed in a Santa Barbara hospital, was embraced by many fans for showcasing Meghan’s fun-loving personality and the couple’s lighthearted bond during a deeply personal time. Admirers called it “a beautiful celebration of motherhood” and praised the Sussexes for sharing a moment of vulnerability and joy.

Celia Walden and Piers Morgan Criticise the Video

Not everyone welcomed the video. Celia Walden, wife of British journalist Piers Morgan, condemned Meghan’s gesture, branding it “desperate” and “attention-seeking.” Her comments added to the polarising narrative that continues to surround Meghan Markle’s public image.

The controversy intensified when Piers Morgan reposted the video on social media and added his own inflammatory commentary. “We’re about two months away from the sex tape,” he wrote in a post that many have condemned as distasteful and misogynistic. Critics accused Morgan of crossing the line and targeting Meghan with unnecessary vitriol.

Social Media Divided Over Authenticity

Reactions on social media quickly poured in, with some users questioning the authenticity of the video. “The birthing room looks fake. Whose bed is that?” one user wrote. Others noted Harry’s appearance, saying he kept his hood up to hide hair loss. Several called the video “cringe” and accused the couple of staging the moment for publicity. One post read, “The Baby Momma Dance wasn’t even trending until 2021. This feels fake and forced.”
