US-Iran War: A video emerged on social media in which a men are seen playing with an American Kamikaze drone in Iraq. The video shared by @bayraktar_1love claimed that local Iraqi residents were seen with the newly deployed American LUCAS drone, also known as a suicide drone.
"Local Iraqi residents are taking the newly deployed, nearly intact American LUCAS drone for themselves," the X post read.
The delta-shaped drone looked like the American Low-Cost Uncrewed Combat Attack System (LUCAS), NDTV reported. The video showed two men laughing as they held the drone. The Daily Jagran could not independently verify the video.

A user, Sebastien Roblin (@sebastienroblin), wrote, "LUCAS is meant to be expendable, but weird to lose one before reaching Iran is curious. Doesn't look like it was hit by a kinetic attack. Perhaps an EW exploit involving pro-Iran militias?"

What Is The American LUCAS Drone?
LUCAS (Low-cost Unmanned Combat Attack System) is a new US one-way attack drone, known as a kamikaze or suicide drone. The drone is developed based on reverse-engineering of Iran's famous Shahed-136 drone. The drone is low-cost, and has a long range, flies autonomously without line of sight and can operate in swarms, and detonates upon reaching a target.

The video emerged on social media amid intense attacks led by the US and Israel on Iran, prompting Tehran to launch retaliation against the American bases in the Middle East. Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and other top leaders were killed in the air strikes.
