US President Donald Trump hurled abuses and flashed his middle finger at a Ford Motor Company worker after the man allegedly yelled at Trump, calling him a "pedophile protector" during a manufacturing plant visit.

The video of the incident from Tuesday was shared by TMZ and it shows the US President mouthing "f**k you" after someone in the crowd shouts at him. Before the abuse Trump can be seen showing his middle finger. He then continues to wave at other people present on the spot.

As per TMZ, the remark was made by the man in reference to Jeffrey Epstein, who is a disgraced financier and convicted sex offender. The remarks also link to public outrage over delays in the release of files related to Epstein and Trump's connection to them.

White House Defends Trump

Defending President Trump, a White House spokesperson while speaking to CNN, called the man “a lunatic wildly screaming expletives in a complete fit of rage.” The representative further described Trump’s action as “appropriate and unambiguous".

The United States Department of Justice released a fresh tranche of documents linked to Jeffrey Epstein in December, placing renewed political and legal scrutiny on the federal government’s handling of the case and the pace of disclosures mandated by law.

Among the released material are references to flight logs from Epstein’s private aircraft, in which the name of US President Donald Trump appears multiple times. Media reports have claimed that Trump travelled on at least eight Epstein-linked flights. Federal authorities, however, have stressed that the documents do not accuse the president of any criminal wrongdoing.
