Tannu Keshri

Tannu Keshri is a Sub-Editor at The Daily Jagran, where she writes about lifestyle, fashion and travel. A food and travel enthusiast at heart, she has an eye for stories about how people live, dress, eat and wander, and a habit of finding the human angle in each one.

A Journalism and Mass Communication graduate of AAFT Noida, Tannu began her career in the entertainment desk at Network18 Group. Writing extensively about celebrities taught her to look beyond the glamour and into the lives behind it—a lens she now brings to lifestyle storytelling.

Born and brought up in Patna, Bihar, and now based in Delhi NCR, she stays close to her roots while chasing everything the wider world has to offer, from unfamiliar cultures to cuisines she's yet to try. For her, journalism is about using words to connect with people more deeply so that a new conversation is born.

Away from her desk, she's usually reading a classic or a book of shayari, with a ghazal playing in the background (and relating to Kafka a little more than she'd like to admit). When she can, she heads for the mountains.
