Kia Clavis Spotted Testing
Kia Clavis has once again been spotted testing in Hyderabad while being heavily camouflaged, hiding its design details. However, from what can be seen, it seems to have a square shape with tall LED Daytime Running Lamps. The Kia Clavis is estimated to be around 4.2 metres long and will have seating capacity for five passengers.
Additionally, the rear tail lamps of the Kia Clavis resemble the design elements of Kia's flagship electric vehicle, EV9. It also features roof rails, though it's unclear if they're actually functional or just for appearance. The cabin is expected to be roomy and spacious, considering the size of the windows. The SUV will also come with new four-spoke alloy wheels.

Kia Clavis - Powertrain
Talking about the powertrain of the upcoming Kia Clavis, it is expected to offer both ICE and electric powertrains. The ICE powertrain is anticipated to offer both petrol and diesel engine options. Kia Clavis is likely to be powered by either a 1.0 litre turbo petrol engine or 1.5 litre diesel engine. There might also be a naturally aspirated petrol engine, possibly from Seltos or Sonet, to offer a lower starting price for Clavis. All these engines will be available with both manual and automatic transmission options. Talking about the EV counterpart of the Kia Clavis, not a lot of information is known yet, however, the manufacturer will reveal more details as the launch is near.
