VinFast VF 7 vs Mahindra XEV 9e: VinFast's flagship electric offering, the VF 7, is the latest entrant to the premium electric SUV segment, which also accommodates the Tata Harrier EV and the Mahindra XEV 9e. While the XEV 9e was launched last year as Mahindra's electric-origin SUV, the Harrier EV is an electric derivative of the ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) Harrier that Tata launched in June this year. We compare the newly launched VinFast VF 7 with the popular Mahindra XEV 9e, which, together with the BE 6, clocked over 20,000 combined sales in just five months since deliveries commenced. Let's see how they fare in terms of price, range, and features.

VF 7 vs XEV 9e: Price

The VinFast VF 7 is priced from Rs 20.89 lakh to Rs 25.49 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom), making it more affordable and accessible than the Mahindra XEV 9e. Mahindra sells the XEV 9e in the Rs 21.90 lakh-Rs 31.25 lakh (ex-showroom) range.
