Volvo EX90 India:  Volvo has launched the EX90 in India for Rs 1.26 crore ex-showroom. The EX90 is the brand’s second all-electric model in the country, and it costs Rs 27.2 lakh more than its ICE counterpart. The EX90 will be offered in a single 6-seater variant powered by a 106 kWh battery pack. Let’s take a look at the features, range, and specs of the newly launched Volvo EX90.

Volvo EX90: Exterior & Design

Dimensionally, the Volvo EX90 is similar to the Volvo XC90. At the front, the Volvo EX90 features T-shaped LED headlamps, and it gets horizontally positioned pixel-like LED DRLs. Additionally, the front fascia comprises a body-coloured sealed-off grille with the brand’s logo in the centre. Air intakes are positioned lower on the front bumper. On the sides, the EX90 gets a clean look with 21-inch alloy wheels. On the rear, the EX90 gets C-shaped LED taillights, and vertical light slats are placed on the rear windscreen. A subtle roof spoiler is also visible on the rear.

As informed earlier, the Volvo EX90 draws power from a 106 kWh battery pack. The EX90 uses a dual-motor all-wheel drive setup, and the combined output stands at 456 hp and 670 Nm of torque. Dual electric motors on the Volvo EX90 enable it to sprint from 0-100 km/h in 5.5 seconds. The electric SUV has a WLTP range of 625 km, and it supports up to 350kW DC, which can charge it from 10 to 80 per cent in just 22 minutes.
