Bihar Election 2025: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday night released its third and final list of candidates for the Bihar Assembly election. It has now announced candidates for all 101 seats of its share in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA). The update from the saffron party came just a few hours after releasing its second list of 12 candidates. The party has fielded Satish Yadav from Raghopur, who will be contesting against the RJD heavyweight Tejashwi Yadav to stop his hat trick of victories on the seat.

Apart from this, the saffron party has also fielded Nand Kishor Ram from the SC-reserved seat of Ramnagar, Sanjay Pandey from Narkatiaganj, and Bina Devi from Kochadhaman. While releasing the third list, the BJP stated that the NDA will return to power with a full majority. The party also released its second list of candidates earlier today, fielding known faces such as singer Maithili Thakur and former IPS Anand Mishra.

The party has fielded Singer Maithili Thakur from the Alinagar seat. Apart from this, former IPS officer Anand Mishra has been fielded from the Buxar seat. Apart from Maithili Thakur and Anand Mishra, the saffron party's list include Ranjan Kumar from Muzaffarpur — replacing sitting MLA Suresh Sharma — Ram Chandra Prasad from Hayaghat, Subhash Singh from Gopalganj, and Chhoti Kumari from Baniapur.

The party has also announced candidates for Chapra, Sonepur, Rosera (SC), Barh, Shahpur, and Agiaon (SC). Maithili Thakur was given ticket on the key seat in Darbhanga district, a day after joining the saffron party. Earlier on Tuesday, the BJP released its first candidates' list for the upcoming polls. The list carried 71 names, including Bihar Deputy Chief Ministers - Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha.
