Bihar Weather: Patna and surrounding districts in Bihar woke up to a foggy morning, with a layer of mist lingering across the region. The Patna Meteorological Center has informed that the weather will turn pleasant later in the day. Thursday's forecast holds importance as voting is under in Bihar for the first phase of elections. The polling will continue till 6 pm.

According to the weather body, light fog and mild cold will persist in the mornings across most parts of the state over the next 24 hours. Dense fog is likely over North Bihar and adjoining areas during the morning hours during the next 24-72 hours. No significant change in maximum temperatures is expected during the next three to four days.

On Wednesday, except for Katihar and Madhubani, the maximum temperature increased in all districts, including Patna. Patna recorded a maximum temperature of 31.3 degrees Celsius, while Motihari recorded the highest temperature at 34.4 degrees Celsius.

Temperature In Major Cities

Patna recorded a maximum temperature of 31.3 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 20.9 degrees Celsius. Gaya recorded a maximum temperature of 29.3 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 17.4 degrees Celsius. Bhagalpur recorded a maximum temperature of 30.4 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 20.6 degrees Celsius. Muzaffarpur recorded a maximum temperature of 30.0 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 21.1 degrees Celsius.
