DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2026 Deadline Extended: Giving a chance to people dreaming to own home in the national capital, Delhi Development Authority has extended the deadline to place a bid for e-auction of homes under DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2026 to February 20.
The scheme includes 582 residential flats for all sorts of income groups, including High Income Group (HIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), Lower Income Group (LIG), Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories, along with standalone car and scooter garages.
Where Are These Apartments Located?
These apartments are located in some prime areas of Delhi, including Jasola, Rohini, Dwarka, Vasant Kunj, Dilshad Garden, Karol Bagh, Ghazipur, and Lok Nayakpuram, and other places.
E-Auction Details
According to the DDA, the revised last date for online registration and submission of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) to participate in the e-auction is February 20, 6 pm.
At the same time, the deadline to submit applications is February 23.
Post the application submission, the e-auction schedule will be announced on February 26, and the online auction is tentatively scheduled to take place between March 2 and March 5.
"With the deadline now extended, own your dream home in Delhi’s premium locations through the #DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2026, offering 582 flats starting from Rs 18.79 lakh with freehold ownership and a transparent e-auction. Register and submit your EMD before 20 February 2026 (6 PM)," DDA said in a post on its official X handle.
Earlier, the DDA launched the scheme on January 6, 2026. The extension is announced to accommodate more interested applicants in completing the registration, online EMD submission, and final application submission process.

Among the 582 available units, 15 HIG flats are available in Jasola at a reserve price of Rs 2.14 crore. Flats in Vasant Kunj are available at a reserve price of Rs 1.15 crore. Additionally, there are 14 MIG flats available with a reserve price between Rs 1.34 crore and Rs 1.45 crore in Dwarka.
HIG, MIG and LIG Flats Price Range
HIG apartments in Rohini, Ghazipur, and Dwarka have a reserve price between Rs 98 lakh and Rs 1.21 crore. MIG flats are available in Dwarka, Jahangirpuri, Lok Nayakpuram, Nand Nagari, Dilshad Garden, and Madhipur, among others,s at a reserve price ranging between Rs 53 lakh and Rs 1.45 crore. LIG flats in Karol Bagh, Dev Nagar, Dwarka, Mansarovar Park, Mukherjee Park, Rohini, Rampura, Paschim Vihar, Shalimar Bagh, and Vikaspuri with a reserve price start at Rs 19 lakh.
Meanwhile, Janta and EWS units are available in Shahpur Jat, Ashok Nagar, Kondli Gharoli, and Nasirpur in Dwarka. At the same time, Standalone garages are also available in Pitampura, Rohini, Mall Road, and Ashok Vihar under the DDA Housing Scheme 2026.
Online Registration and e-auction process
You need to visit DDA's official website and have to create a profile. Post that you have to pay a fee of Rs 2,500 for each unit you wish to bid for.
In the next step, you have to deposit EMD.
