Elon Musk Net Worth: After Republican Party presidential candidate Donald Trump clinched a thumping victory in the US presidential election, Elon Musk added significant gain to his net worth. In a single day, Musk's fortune increased by $26.5 billion i.e. 2,442,670 crore rupees- to $290 billion. If the surge in stocks owned by Musk continues for a few days, he will enter into the $300 billion club. On Wednesday, Musk's company Tesla shares jumped 14.75 per cent.
After the historic victory, Trump praised Elon Musk and said that we have a new rockstar. He said that Musk campaigned with him for two weeks, meanwhile, he asked Elon about rockets. "It's amazing, I like Musk very much, He is a wonderful person," said Trump.

Donald Trump's Victory Gives Wings To American Billionaire's Fortune
American billionaires whose net worth has increased after Trump's victory include Jeff Bezos, Larry Ellison, Warren Buffett, Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Jensen Huang, Michael Dell, Steve Ballmer, Bill Gates and others. According to the Bloomberg Billionaire Index, Elon Musk's wealth increased by $26.5 billion in a single day. Larry Ellison's wealth increased by $9.88 billion. Warren Buffett's wealth increased by $7.58 billion and Larry Page's by $5.53 billion. Sergey Brin earned $5.17 billion and Jensen Huang earned $4.86 billion. Michael Dell, Steve Ballmer and Bill Gates' wealth also increased from $1.82 billion to $3.31 billion.
American Stock Market Cheers Trump's Victory
Trump's victory brought a bullish run in Wall Street. The American stock market experienced a huge jump in the shares of big companies led to a flood of dollars in the wealth of billionaires associated with them. The Dow Jones soared by 1,508 points, or 3.57 per cent, to a record 43,729. The S&P 500 jumped by 146 points, or 2.53 percent, to 5,929. Nasdaq rose by a huge 2.95 per cent, or 544 points, to reach 18,983.
How to calculate billions in Rupees
One billion means one Arab or 100 crores. Musk currently has assets worth 290 billion dollars. 290 billion dollars means 290 billion dollars. If we convert it into crores, then 290* 100 = 29000 crores dollars. Now, if we convert it into rupees at the rate of 84.23 rupees per dollar, then 29000* 84.23 = 2,442,670 crores rupees.
