Gold Price Today: The price of yellow metal in India on December 15 opened at Rs 1,34,600 per 10 grams, marginally down 0.49 percent from its all-time high of Rs 1,35,263 recorded on December 12. The rates are Rs 13,473 per gram for 24-karat gold, Rs 12,350 per gram for 22-karat gold, and Rs 10,105 per gram for 18-karat gold. The price of silver in India today is Rs 200.90 per gram and Rs 2,00,900 per kilogram.

24 Karat Gold Price In India On Dec 15

Today, the rate of 24-carat gold per gram in India is Rs 13,473, up Rs 82 from yesterday’s rate of Rs 13,391. For 8 grams, the price stands at Rs 1,07,784, showing an increase of Rs 656 compared to Rs 1,07,128 yesterday. For 10 grams, gold is priced at Rs 1,34,730, up Rs 820 from Rs 1,33,910. Meanwhile, 100 grams of 24-carat gold costs Rs 13,47,300 today, reflecting a rise of Rs 8,200 from yesterday’s Rs 13,39,100.

22 Karat Gold Price In India On Dec 15

Today, the price of 22-carat gold per gram in India is Rs 12,350, up Rs 275 from yesterday’s Rs 12,275. For 8 grams, the rate is Rs 98,800, an increase of Rs 600 compared to Rs 98,200 yesterday. For 10 grams, gold costs Rs 1,23,500, up Rs 750 from Rs 1,22,750. Meanwhile, 100 grams of 22-carat gold is priced at Rs 12,35,000 today, reflecting a rise of Rs 7,500 from yesterday’s Rs 12,27,500.

18 Karat Gold Price In India On Dec 15

Today, the rate of 18-carat gold per gram in India is Rs 10,105, up Rs 62 from yesterday’s Rs 10,043. For 8 grams, the price stands at Rs 80,840, reflecting an increase of Rs 496 compared to Rs 80,344 yesterday. For 10 grams, gold costs Rs 1,01,050, up Rs 620 from Rs 1,00,430. Meanwhile, 100 grams of 18-carat gold is priced at Rs 10,10,500 today, showing a rise of Rs 6,200 from yesterday’s Rs 10,04,300.

The spot price of gold stood just above Dollar 4,328 an ounce on December 15, down 0.58 percent from its all-time high of Dollar 4,354 on December 12. Gold sales fell 35 percent year-on-year in November 2025, largely due to higher prices. Analysts say traders often prefer gold when interest rates drop, as returns on cash and bonds shrink.
