- Blue Cloud Softech shares surged 17.5 per cent on the NSE.

The shares of small-cap IT company 'Blue Cloud Softech Solutions ' skyrocketed 17.5 per cent to an early high of Rs 23.57 from the last closing of Rs 20.06 on NSE. The rally in the IT stock came after the Hyderabad-based company announced that its US subsidiary bagged an order worth Rs 147 crore from IBM Cloud for AI infrastructure services.
The stock started the session in green at Rs 20.85--up from the last closing of Rs 20.06. However, the stock picked up momentum after the company announced an exchange filing.
"We wish to inform you that Global Impx Inc., USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, has received a signed Statement of Work from IBM Cloud Inc. for AI Infrastructure Design, Deployment and Support Services, at a fixed fee of US$15,500,000 (approximately Rs 147 crore). The signed copy of the Statement of Work was received by the Company on 24 September 2026," the company said in an exchange filing.

Last seen, the Blue Cloud Soft Tech shares were trading at Rs 23.17, up 15.50 per cent or Rs 3.11. Meanwhile, its 52-week high and low values stood at Rs 24.50 and Rs 18.85, respectively.
The company, in the exchange filing, said that GIX will deliver a scalable, secure, high-performance environment for the client’s AI and machine learning workloads, covering model development, training, fine-tuning and inference.
Share Price History
As per NSE data till the time of writing, the IT service provider stock jumped 20 per cent in the last week. While in a month, the scrip rose over 4 per cent. This year to date, Blue Cloud shares jumped 6 per cent. However, in a year, the stock fell over 7 per cent. In three years, the IT stock jumped over 17 per cent.
