The shares of PC Jeweller rose nearly 8 per cent in early trade on April 7, 2026, despite bearish sentiment in the domestic stock market after the company reported strong business in the last quarter of the previous financial year (Q4 FY26).

The small-cap jewellery stock started the session with a huge gap-up at Rs 8.90 as compared to the last day's closing of Rs 8.46 per share. The stock escalated the momentum further to hit an early high of Rs 9.27, up over 8 per cent from the last day's closing.

However, due to selling pressure, the stock erased most of its gains. At the time of writing, the stock was trading at Rs 8.60, up 0.14 or 1.65 per cent on NSE.

Company's Revenue Jumps 32 Per cent

PCJewellerr Ltd. on Monday announced that its adjusted revenue during the fourth quarter of the 2025-2026 fiscal year grew 32% year-on-year.

In a stock market statement, the company indicated that it closed the fourth quarter of the 2025-2026 fiscal year with adjusted revenue growth of about 32% year-on-year.

During the quarter under review, the Company also reduced its outstanding bank loans by approximately 23% pursuant to the settlement agreement.

Stock Market Today

The domestic equity market fell sharply in early trade as investors' sentiments shuddered after US President Donald Trump's fresh military action threats for Iran. However, the indices recovered a bit amid value buying. Last seen, BSE Sensex was trading at 73,989.09, down 117.76 points, 0.16 per cent.

Nifty50 was quoted at 22,941.90, down 26.35 points or 0.11 per cent.
