ICC Women's World Cup 2025 Points Table: Australia women defeated England women by 6 wickets in match 23 of the ICC Women's World Cup 2025 at the Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore on Wednesday. Australia came up with another dominating effort in all departments as they remain the only undefeated team in the tournament.

The 180-run stand between Ash Gardner and Annabel Sutherland for the fifth wicket helped Australia chase down the 245-run target in just 40.3 overs. This is the highest target successfully chased against England Women in World Cups. The previous highest was 239 runs chased by Sri Lanka at Brabourne in 2013.

On the back of their fifth win after six games, Australia jumped to the top spot in the ICC Women's World Cup 2025 points table. They have 11 points under their belt. South Africa are placed second with five wins and 10 points. England, on the other hand, have slipped to the third position after suffering their first defeat.

They have four wins and nine points under their belt after six games. India stand fifth and are still alive in the race for the semifinal qualification. They will be up against New Zealand on Thursday in Navi Mumbai.
