DDA Affordable Housing Scheme 2025: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is launching the second phase of its affordable flat scheme.

The application process for the DDA's Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana will begin on November 7. This initiative by the DDA allows people to fulfill their dream of owning a home in Delhi. A total of 1,537 ready-to-move-in flats will be available for purchase in prime locations across Delhi.

Location And Price

The Delhi Development Authority is selling flats in Narela, Rohini, Ramgarh Colony, and Shivaji Marg. Prices range from just Rs 11.8 lakh to Rs 32.7 lakh. Under this scheme, flats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning those who apply first will have a better chance of getting a flat.

According to reports, the application window will open on November 7 at 12 noon through the official DDA portal (eservices.dda.org.in). This housing scheme is for people in the economically weaker section (EWS) and low income group (LIG). Flats are priced between Rs 11.8 lakh and Rs 32.7 lakh, depending on the category and location.

Who Can Apply?

To apply for the DDA flat scheme, applicants must be at least 18 years old and not own any other property in Delhi. For the EWS category, their annual income must be less than Rs 10 lakh.

According to the DDA, EWS category flats are located in Narela, Rohini, Ramgarh Colony, and Shivaji Marg, while LIG (low income group) category flats are built in Rohini Sectors 34 and 35, and Ramgarh Colony near Jahangirpuri. If you want to apply for this scheme, you will have to deposit Rs 50,000 for EWS flats and Rs 1 lakh for LIG flats at the time of booking.
