A sensational incident occurred in the capital, Delhi, on Wednesday, when a criminal associated with the Chhenu gang was stabbed to death in the Shastri Park area. The deceased has been identified as Waseem, who reportedly ran a gang of pickpockets.

Violent History And Gang Rivalry

Waseem was a known target of the rival Hashim Baba gang. The conflict escalated last year when Waseem attacked members of Hashim Baba's faction with a blade inside Mandoli Jail. Following this incident, Hashim Baba assigned the task of eliminating Waseem to his henchman, Anas.

Survivor Of Previous Assassination

Attempts Waseem had survived multiple attempts on his life prior to this incident:

Janta Colony Shooting: He was previously shot twice in Janta Colony but survived the attack. 

GTB Hospital Incident: Following the failed attempt in Janta Colony, Hashim Baba sent henchmen to GTB Hospital to kill Waseem. However, in a major case of mistaken identity, the criminals shot and killed another patient instead of Waseem.

Fatal Dispute

Despite surviving professional hits from a rival gang, Waseem was ultimately killed by his own family. According to sources, he was murdered by his nephew, and the fatal stabbing was the result of a property dispute.
