Assam School Teacher Recruitment 2023: Assam Education Minister Ranoj Pegu announced on Wednesday that the state has started an important recruitment process for school teachers. The Directorate of Secondary Education has released the advertisement for a total of 14,223 teacher posts across Assam.
According to the advertisement, the Director of Secondary Education has recruited 1,424 posts for Post Graduate Teachers and 7,249 posts for Graduate Teachers. Applicants will be recruited for various stream subjects including Arts, Science, Hindi and Sanskrit in Provincial Secondary Schools. The candidates selected for the posts of this recruitment will be given a good salary, along with the other benefits.
Assam School Teacher Recruitment 2023: Posts of 3,800 assistant teachers
Director Elementary Education has issued an advertisement to fill 3,800 posts of Assistant Teacher in Lower Primary (LP) schools. Along with this, advertisements have been issued in many newspapers for 1,750 posts of Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher, and Hindi Teacher for Upper Primary (UP) schools.
If the level of education in the country is to be increased, then emphasis should be given to the appointment of teachers. Even today, schools in such cities, villages and towns are included where a decrease in the number of teachers has been observed.
The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) examined the recruitment of teachers. A total of 86,557 posts of teachers will be filled through this recruitment drive.
State Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said, “Today, our government has released vacancies for more than 10,000 posts in the education department. We will not only fulfil our promise of providing but also hiring more than 1 lakh government jobs with the highest transparency in the history of Assam."
