SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2024: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued the SSC GD Constable recruitment admit card. The admit cards have been released region-wise. Candidates can check and download the SSC GD Constable hall ticket at ssc.nic.in. Now, the authority has announced that the SSC GD Constable recruitment exam 2024 will be held in 13 regional languages for the first time.

According to the schedule, the SSC GD Constable exam 2024 will be held from February 20 to March 7, 2024. The test will be held in 128 cities across the country for around 48 lakh candidates expected to participate in the examination. According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, the decision was made to support regional languages and boost the number of young people from the local region who take the CAPF GD constable exam.
Every year, the commission conducts the Constable GD examination. This year, the commission and the Ministry of Home Affairs signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enable the administration of the test in addition to in Hindi and English but also in the 13 regional languages listed above.
"The Constable GD Examination is one of the flagship examinations conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) attracting lakhs of youths from across the country. MHA and the Staff Selection Commission have signed an MoU to facilitate the conduct of the examination in the above-mentioned 13 regional languages in addition to Hindi and English. SSC has issued a notification to conduct the Constable (GD) Examination, in 2024 in 13 other regional languages in addition to English and Hindi," said the Ministry of Home Affairs, as reported by news agency ANI.
