Animal Pre-Release Event: Ranbir Kapoor-led 'Animal' has created a lot of excitement among the fans ever since its announcement and the audience can't wait to see the magic created by filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga on the big screen. The makers have left no stone unturned to promote the film and a pre-release event was organised for the cast and crew of 'Animal' to interact with fans and media. Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu and renowned filmmaker SS Rajamouli attended the event as chief guests and had fun interactions with Ranbir Kapoor.

Ranbir Kapoor was seen touching SS Rajamouli's feet when he met him and this sweet gesture touched everyone's heart. Rajamouli also asked Ranbir to choose between him and Sandeep and Ranbir said he would stay loyal to the 'Animal' director.

Ranbir also hugged Mahesh Babu after meeting him and called him a superstar.

There has also been discussion going on for the total run time of 'Animal' which is over three hours. Talking about the film's long duration, Ranbir Kapoor said, "We are releasing a film this long not because we feel arrogant about it. We felt that the story required that time to reach the audience in the best way possible. We have seen a cut of this film which was 3 hours and 49 minutes. And that cut was also entertaining.ā€

He added, "Sandeep has worked very hard to bring the length down. We are hoping that the audience doesnā€™t get panicked by the length and experience cinema at its best."

Producer Bhushan Kumar was asked about the possibility of a sequel to 'Animal' and he said, "It is a surprise. You will come to know on the 1st of December.ā€

The movie also stars Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna and Triptii Dimri in pivotal roles. 'Animal' will release in theatres on December 1, 2023, and will clash with Vicky Kaushal's 'Sam Bahadur'.
