BLACKPINK's Jennie is set to make a special appearance in Zico's upcoming song, marking his 10th anniversary as a solo artist. The collaboration, which includes Jennie featuring in the song as well as starring in its music video, has sparked excitement among fans.

Reports indicate that Jennie's participation in Zico's project stems from their close friendship, despite not having many public interactions in the past. Their bond was evident when they were spotted together at a Chanel event, surprising many fans who were unaware of their bond.

Zico's team had previously confirmed the release of a new single in celebration of his 10th anniversary, scheduled to be unveiled by the end of April 2024. Jennie's involvement, which includes recording and filming for the music video, has intensified anticipation for the upcoming track.

This collaboration marks a rare occurrence for Jennie, as it is her first featuring with a Korean artist since her debut. While she had pre-debut features on tracks like BIGBANG's G-Dragon's 'Black' in 2013, her collaboration with Zico signifies a new milestone in both their careers.

Zico, born Woo Ji Ho, is a prominent rapper, record producer, singer, and songwriter. He gained recognition as the leader of the boy band Block B in 2011 and later ventured into solo activities in 2014. Known for his versatility in the Korean hip-hop scene, Zico has also co-founded the crew Fanxy Child and released his first full-length solo album, 'Thinking', in 2019.

Fans eagerly await the release of Zico's upcoming single, not only to celebrate his decade-long journey in music but also to witness the dynamic collaboration with BLACKPINK's Jennie.
