In a surprising turn of events, BTS member Jimin has announced a collaboration with Hollywood star Vin Diesel. He has joined forces with Kodak Black, NLE Choppa, JVKE, and Muni Long to create a highly anticipated new track titled "Angel Pt. 1 for Fast X."

On Tuesday, Big Hit Music headed to its Twitter handle and unveiled the poster of Angel Pt. 1. The tweet read, "Angel Pt.1 by Kodak Black, NLE Choppa, Jimin of BTS, JVKE, & Muni Long 2023.05.18. #Angel_Pt1 #FastX #Jimin #지민."

It is pertinent to note that the song will feature in the Vin Diesel-starring movie Fast X. The date of release is set for May 18, 2023. Jimin's participation in this collaboration as a BTS member has raised the anticipation for the song's release, as evident from the Twitter reactions. Take a look:

About Fast X:

The forthcoming American action movie Fast X, also known as Fast & Furious 10, is being directed by Louis Leterrier and written by Dan Mazeau and Justin Lin, with a plot by Mazeau, Lin, and Zach Dean. The eleventh full-length film in the Fast & Furious series, it is the sequel to F9 (2021) and the franchise's tenth and penultimate main entry.
Dom (Diesel) and his family (Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Nathalie Emmanuel, Jordana Brewster, John Cena, Jason Statham, and Sung Kang) will fight against a new antagonist played by none other than Jason Momoa in this story, which will be directed by Louis Leterrier (Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance), who is also in charge of the 11th movie.

In the trailer, Dom and Letty are shown enjoying a tranquil existence in Los Angeles with their son, Brian. Their tranquil existence is disturbed, however, when Dante strikes them repeatedly, causing them to flee. The upcoming movie will also star Alan Ritchson, Daniela Melchior, Scott Eastwood, and Oscar winners Helen Mirren, Charlize Theron, Brie Larson, and Rita Moreno. Watch the trailer here:

The first part of Fast X will hit the theatres on May 19, 2023. Fast X was supposed to arrive in April 2021, but that date was moved up after F9 had many delays. Then scheduled for release on April 7, 2023, it has since experienced another delay. Now, the movie is scheduled to release on May 19.
