BTS Jimin continues to make waves in the music industry with his solo achievements. The talented artist has now set a new milestone by surpassing his bandmate Jungkook to become the longest-charting Kpop soloist on the Billboard Artist 100.

On January 28, 2025, Billboard released its latest chart rankings, revealing that Jimin secured the No. 62 spot on the Artist 100. This marks his 34th non-consecutive week on the chart, breaking Jungkook's previous record.

Jimin’s success extends beyond this accomplishment. His track Who climbed to No. 25 on the Billboard Hot 100 in its 26th week, while also ranking at No. 11 on Streaming Songs, No. 16 on the Global 200, and No. 22 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart.

Meanwhile, his album MUSE continued to dominate the charts. It returned to No. 77 on the Billboard 200 for its 27th week, further solidifying its status as the longest-charting K-pop solo album in history. Additionally, MUSE maintained its reign at No. 1 on Billboard’s World Albums chart for the third non-consecutive week.

Jimin made his solo debut in 2023 with the album FACE, featuring the title track Like Crazy, which topped the Billboard Hot 100—making him the first Kpop soloist to achieve this feat. The pre-release track Set Me Free Pt. 2 also received widespread attention.

Although Jimin enlisted in the military on December 13, 2023, alongside Jungkook, his impact on the charts has remained strong. While he was serving, his second solo album MUSE was released on March 24, 2024, featuring the title track of the same name. Despite the lack of promotions due to his enlistment, the album became a massive hit.

Beyond music, Jimin also showcased his adventurous side in the travel show Are You Sure?! with Jungkook. The duo embarked on exciting trips across the United States, Jeju Island, and Sapporo, where they camped, canoed, and enjoyed road trips. The show, which premiered in August 2024, is available for streaming on Disney+.
