BTS Jin is about to embark on an exciting new venture as he heads to Milan Fashion Week 2024 for his first-ever solo fashion event. The Kpop star took to Weverse on September 18 to share a mirror selfie from the airport, expressing his excitement before flying to the iconic fashion city.

In his Weverse post, Jin greeted his fans with a warm message on the occasion of the Autumn Harvest festival, Chuseok. He mentioned, “Are you all enjoying Chuseok? I made food, spent time with my family, and had a great time with them.” He then revealed his plans to fly to Milan, adding, “I’m at the airport to catch a flight to Milan. I’m very nervous because it’s my first time attending this kind of event. (Actually, I’m not nervous). Then I will be back!”

Jin’s playful comment about his nerves seems to show how thrilled he is about this new experience and his fans are equally excited. The singer, also known as The Astronaut artist, appeared dressed in a chic black Gucci jacket, hinting at his appearance at the brand’s showcase during Milan Fashion Week. Earlier in August, Jin was officially named a global ambassador for Gucci, further fueling anticipation around his Fashion Week debut.

Since completing his military service on June 12, 2024, Jin has been busy with multiple activities. He made his first public appearance the day after his discharge, hosting an event for BTS FESTA 2024. Additionally, he has been involved in solo projects, including appearances on TV shows like MBC's The Half-Star Hotel in Lost Island and Netflix’s Kian84’s Bizarre B&B, set to air in 2025.

On the music front, fans are eagerly awaiting Jin's upcoming album, expected to be released in November 2024, two years after his solo debut with The Astronaut. Although the official release date is yet to be confirmed, excitement continues to grow as fans look forward to hearing new music from him.
