BTS RM has always been known for his candid and thoughtful interactions with fans, and his latest online activity has once again gained widespread attention. On September 18, 2024, RM surprised ARMYs by logging onto Weverse, where he actively engaged with fans, sparking heartwarming and hilarious conversations.

Since enlisting for his mandatory military service alongside fellow member V last December, RM has kept fans updated with his life in the military through social media. Whether it's posting photos on Instagram or sharing updates on Weverse, the rapper continues to make his presence felt, even while fulfilling his duties.

In his recent Weverse interaction, RM answered numerous fan questions, and unsurprisingly, many of them revolved around his military service. One fan asked RM what had made him happy recently, to which he humorously responded, "I’m done with over 50% of my military service." His witty and straightforward reply resonated with ARMYs, who were thrilled to get a glimpse of his positive mindset.

Another fan joked that once RM is discharged, he would probably tell them military stories for "24 hours straight." RM’s playful reply, "I have so much to say," only heightened fans' excitement for the day when he will share his experiences in detail.

Fans loved RM’s honesty and humour, with many expressing how much they missed him during his enlistment. They were pleased to have RM respond to so many of their posts, saying it felt like he was right there with them, despite being in the military.

In a moment that had ARMYs in stitches, RM responded to a fan who made a sudden confession to her lover on Weverse, mentioning a person named "Matthew." RM humorously replied, "Who is Matthew?" The witty comment quickly went viral, with fans laughing at the unexpected interaction. Some even speculated whether the fan was referring to a Kpop idol with the same name.

Adding to the fun, RM also replied to another fan who shared her wish for a lover who responds as quickly as RM himself. RM quipped, "Impressive if he’s like me," showing his trademark humour and charm that fans adore.

Beyond his interactions with fans, RM has been making waves in the music industry during his enlistment. His recent collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion, Neva Play, earned him his first-ever entry on the Billboard Hot Rap Songs chart and debuted at number 36 on the Billboard Hot 100. The semi-animated music video released alongside the track has also captivated fans.

RM’s artistic journey continues to unfold, with his upcoming solo documentary RM: Right People, Wrong Place set to premiere at the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) 2024. The documentary will explore his quest for self-discovery while creating his second studio album, Right Place, Wrong Person. ARMYs can't wait for RM’s return, eagerly anticipating the day when he can "spill the tea" about his military life.
