BTS's Epic 10th Anniversary Festivities Kick Off: Organisers have announced the commencement of a two-week-long festival on Monday, aimed at celebrating the 10th debut anniversary of the K-pop phenomenon, BTS.

Under the theme of "BTS presents everywhere," the Seoul metropolitan government will host the 10th Anniversary Festa of BTS in collaboration with the band's agency, BigHit Music. The festival will take place at multiple locations in the capital city and will continue until June 25.

Every year, on June 13, the seven-member group has traditionally organised the BTS Festa, a special event dedicated to commemorating their debut anniversary alongside their devoted fans.

As part of the ongoing festival this week, prominent landmarks in Seoul, including the Sevit floating island on the Han River, N Seoul Tower in Mount Nam Park, Seoul City Hall, Dongdaemun Design Plaza, and the World Cup Bridge, will be adorned in purple.

The colour purple holds special significance for the band and is associated with their identity. Additionally, these landmarks will feature captivating media facade shows during the nighttime, according to Yonhap News Agency.

Furthermore, celebratory outdoor advertisements will be displayed at prominent locations including Samseong and Euljiro 1-ga subway stations, as well as the bustling streets of Teheranno and Myeongdong. Additionally, graffiti art showcasing portraits of BTS members will be showcased on the walls of the Hybe building in the Yongsan area.

For international fans, outdoor advertisements will also be installed in significant cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, and Osaka.

The main event and highlight of the festival will be held at Yeouido's Han River Park on Saturday. According to the agency, the BTS Festa@Yeouido will feature a range of activities and programmes for attendees.

These include the BTS History Wall, an exhibition showcasing the band's stage costumes, a commemorative sculpture, and a booth where visitors can try out tattoo stickers for a hands-on experience. At 8:30 pm KST (5 pm IST), a spectacular fireworks show will follow, accompanied by BTS songs and narrated by member Jungkook.

Both RM's talk programme and the fireworks display will be available for online live streaming. Fans will have the opportunity to buy the band's official merchandise at The Hyundai Seoul, a department store located in Yeouido. Additionally, a dedicated BTS stamp zone will be set up at the Lotte Cinema chain theatre, situated in Lotte World Tower.

Ahead of their anniversary, BTS released a new digital single titled "Take Two," featuring all the members, on Friday. The song, dedicated to their fans, quickly soared to the top of the iTunes Top Songs charts in 92 countries, including the US and Britain. Additionally, it claimed the number one spot on Spotify's Global Top 50 chart.
