BTS member Kim Taehyung, also known as V, launched his first solo album, 'Layover,' on Friday. To mark the occasion, the singer went live on Weverse to engage with the BTS fanbase, commonly known as ARMY. Towards the end of the live session, the 27-year-old South Korean idol disclosed that he is aware of the distinction between greetings and 'I love you' in India.

Taehyung expressed his love for fans in various languages during his live session, considering BTS's global fanbase. When an Indian fan requested him to say "Namaste," he obliged. However, he also mentioned that he understood the meaning of "Namaste" and recognised it as a greeting, indicating he wasn't fooled by the request. As he bid farewell to his fans, he humorously said, "ok this is my lullaby for tonight! bye bye~ bye bye yo~ te amo~i know namaste is a greeting (and not i love you)! i know this much..!"

Desi ARMYs were thrilled to see Taehyung's knowledge about India. One fan exclaimed, "He really knows everything. We've won over the Indian ARMYs." Another fan commented, "I know 'Namaste' is a greeting (and not 'I love you')! I know this much...! Wait, are you trying to trick me..! Okay, that's enough~ goodbye! Eat your food! He understands the meaning of NAMASTE." A third fan expressed, "My Indian heart is ecstatic."

Friday was a memorable day for ARMY as V also unveiled the complete music video for his new track 'Slow Dancing.' Filmed by the ocean, the video maintains a consistent atmosphere, with V inviting viewers to relax and enjoy the moment. The dreamy elements incorporated into the storyline, along with V's stunning visuals set against the backdrop of a picturesque beach, elevate this music video to the status of a true masterpiece.

As the video progresses, we see V and his friends enjoying a leisurely time at the beach while driving, their carefree demeanour beautifully captured by the sun, sand, and inviting blue waters.

With its dreamlike atmosphere, breathtaking visuals, and an enticing call to immerse oneself in moments of sheer joy, this music video has certainly established a high standard for what we can expect from V's solo career in the future.
