Ahead of her upcoming aerial action thriller 'Fighter,' Deepika Padukone visited Tirumala temple accompanied by her sister Anisha to seek blessings from Lord Venkateswara. Several videos and pictures of the actress surfaced on social media in which she can be seen arriving at Tirumala.
Dressed in a black co-ord set with her hair styled in a casual messy bun, Deepika made her visit to Tirumala to seek blessings at the Sri Venkateswara Swami Temple, bolstered by tight security. Friday morning, she will offer her prayers at the temple. Prior to entering the temple grounds, Deepika and Anisha opted to walk barefoot, a sincere gesture of humility before the divine deity they were about to visit.
Located in Andhra Pradesh's Chittoor district, Tirupati is renowned for housing the revered Lord Venkateshwara Temple, a globally recognised pilgrimage destination. Dedicated to Venkateswara, an incarnation of Vishnu believed to have descended to relieve humanity from the challenges of the Kali Yuga, the temple is dubbed Kaliyuga Vaikuntha. The deity is locally revered as Kaliyuga Prathyaksha Daivam. Often referred to as Tirumala Temple, Tirupati Temple, or Tirupati Balaji Temple, it stands among the world's wealthiest religious sanctuaries.

Notably, Karan Singh Grover was absent from the teaser. It featured thrilling aerial sequences, glimpses of a party track with the cast, and a passionate kissing scene between Hrithik and Deepika.
The video ended with the stirring tune of 'Sujlam Suflam' and Hrithik unfurling the tricolor from his aircraft. The film is primarily shot at air bases in India with real Sukhoi's, Indian fighter planes. Directed by Siddharth Anand, 'Fighter' also stars Karan Singh Grover and Anil Kapoor in lead roles. Scheduled for release on January 25 next year, the movie promises adrenaline-pumping action against the backdrop of Indian air bases.
