Devara Box Office Collection Day 9: Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor starrer action thriller movie has been roaring at the ticket windows as it continues to earn good numbers. The movie was released in theatres on September 27 in different languages including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. The mass entertainer had a stronghold at box office numbers in its first weekdays. The Telugu movie easily crossed the Rs 200 crore mark within 6 days of its release. Since then, there has been no looking back as the film continues to break box office records.

Devara part 1 saw a jump on the second Saturday in comparison to the second Friday. As per Sacnilk, Devara earned Rs 8.75 crore on Day 9. The total net collection of Devara Part 1 stands at Rs 230.35 crore. The movie had 29.51 per cent Telugu occupancy and 14.03 per cent Hindi occupancy in theatres. It earned Rs 14 crore on Day 9. The worldwide gross collection of Devara is Rs 365 crore. 

About Devara

The story is set against the backdrop of coastal lands where a young man does everything to protect his land from the evildoers. The movie stars Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, Chaitra Rai, Saif Ali Khan, Shruti Marathe, Shine Tom Chacko and Murali Sharma in key roles. The movie has been helmed by renowned filmmaker Koratala Siva. It was made on a budget of Rs 300 crore. The film was earlier scheduled to release in theatres on October 10 but the makers perponed it to avoid a box office clash.
