GOAT Box Office Collection Day 7: Thalapathy Vijay starrer The Greatest Of All Time released in theatres on September 5 and broke all the records within 4 days. The film maintained a good pace in the opening week but it is now struggling to get good box office numbers. GOAT already inched the Rs 150 crore mark after 5 days of its release. But the continuous drop in numbers raises the question of whether it will be able to cross the Rs 200 crore mark soon.

According to Sacnilk, Thalapathy Vijay’s GOAT earned Rs 8 crore on September 11 as per early estimations. Now, the total India net collection of The Greatest Of All Time stands at Rs 170.75 crore. It had an overall Tamil occupancy of 27.80 per cent on September 11 (Wednesday). On the other hand, Hindi occupancy stands at 9.3 per cent and 15.03 per cent in Telangana theatres.

Reportedly, Tamil Movie GOAT has been made with a massive budget of around Rs 380 crore.

The story revolves around a spy agent, who worked in Special Anti-Terrorist Squad (SATS). After years of service, he suddenly retired and chose to live an ordinary life. However, destiny had some other plans for him. He has been handed over a difficult mission which collides with his past. In the movie, Thalapathy Vijay essayed dual roles. The movie stars Meenakshi Chaudhary, Prashanth Thyagarajan, Prabhu Deva, Mohan and Sneha in pivotal roles. GOAT also had cameos of superstars like MS Dhoni, Trisha and Sivakarthikeyan. The movie was featured on the iconic Leicester Square in London on September 3. 

According to reports, the movie will stream on Netflix with the extended cut after its theatrical run.
