In a promotional gesture for the film, Jahnvi Kapoor donned a mermaid costume and shared a captivating video on her social media platforms. Accompanying the post, she wrote, "Immerse yourself in the wonders of The Little Mermaid where love knows no bounds and where wishes come true. Watch Princess Ariel in #TheLittleMermaid in cinemas on May 26." The video also showcases the adorable presence of two young girls, Sayesha Singh and Kiara Nautiyal.

In the promotional video, Janhvi enters a room and compliments the two young girls, remarking that they bear a striking resemblance to Princess Ariel. Upon the request of one of the girls, Janhvi happily obliges and recites the popular Hindi children's poem Machhli Jal Ki Rani Hai. As she recites the well-known poem, an enchanting transformation takes place, turning Janhvi into 'The Little Mermaid' herself.

The movie The Little Mermaid, is helmed by director Rob Marshall. The cast includes Halle Bailey as Ariel, Melissa McCarthy as Ursula, Hauer-King as Prince Eric, Javier Bardem as King Triton, and various other talented actors. The highly anticipated film is scheduled for release on May 26 this year.

Janhvi Kapoor, on the other hand, will next be appearing in the highly-awaited movie NTR 30 alongside NTR Jr. The film also features Saif Ali Khan in a prominent role. The release date for the film has been set for April 5, 2024.
