At the event, the Jagran English correspondent posed a question to the actress, inquiring about the change she aims to bring to the film industry. The actress responded, "I am born and brought up in this industry. I can't afford to say if I would want to change a thing. This is where I belong, this is where I love working. It's part of my DNA. So I don't think I would like to change anything. Cinema itself is changing so much; people are watching such different kinds of films, different kinds of films are being made today because people are accessing that, so there is already so much that's happening right now."

She was further quizzed on how she manages to do the roles in her personal life while being in a profession like acting. Kareena said, "We just try to balance the act between me and Saif. When he is working, I try to be at home during that time. Like, he is in Hyderabad shooting with Jr NTR for 'Devara', so he is busy with that, but I am with the kids at home. After this, I will be starting a movie, so he can sit at home a little bit. So we try to take turns as much as possible."
