Kartik Aaryan is currently enjoying the success of his latest film, SatyaPrem Ki Katha, in which he shares the screen with Kiara Advani. Directed by Sameer Vidwans, the movie received positive feedback from both critics and audiences upon its release. It is a collaborative effort between Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Namah Pictures. Kartik has proven himself to be one of the industry's most reliable actors, attracting the attention of many filmmakers who are considering him for leading roles in their projects. Interestingly, he has now been cast in Kabir Khan's upcoming film, titled Chandu Champion.

On Tuesday, the makers of Chandu Champion announced the film along with its release date. Billed as a sports drama, it stars Kartik Aaryan in the lead role. It is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. It is slated to release on June 12, 2024.

Kartik Aaryan also took to social media and shared the news. He wrote, "Chandu Nahi.. Champion Hai Main.. #ChanduChampion - 14th June 2024 #SajidNadiadwala @kabirkhankk."
 
Speaking of 'SatyaPrem Ki Katha', the film has collected Rs 4 crore on day 5 as per early estimates. The movie earned Rs 12.15 crore on day 4 and its total collection now stands at Rs 42.50 crore. 
 
For the uninitiated, the film was originally titled 'Satya Narayan Ki Katha', but it was later changed to avoid hurting anyone's sentiments following backlash. The director, Sameer Vidwans, had released an official statement about the change.
 
The statement read: "A title of the film is something that emerges organically through the creative process. We have taken a decision to change the title of our recently announced film 'Satyanarayan Ki Katha' to avoid hurting sentiments, even if that's purely unintentional. Producers of the film and the creative team also are in complete support of this decision. We will be announcing a new title for our love story in the due course of our journey. Sincerely, Sameer Vidwans."
 
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kartik Aaryan is all set to star in 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' after the success of 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2'. He will also star in Aashiqui 3 and the movie will be helmed by Anurag Basu. Besides this, he will also join forces with Hansal Mehta in his upcoming film.
