Sunita Ahuja, wife of Bollywood superstar Govinda, is all set to begin a new chapter in her career with her Bollywood debut. After appearing in Netflix's reality show Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa, she has now revealed that she will be sharing the big screen with her son, Yash Ahuja. Sunita Ahuja took voluntary exit from Lock Upp due to her worsening health issues like uncontrolled diabetes and menopause. Produced by Ekta Kapoor, the upcoming film will also mark Yash's acting debut, making it a special milestone for the mother-son duo.
After Lock Upp, Sunita Ahuja To Make Bollywood Debut With Son Yashwardhan
Govinda's wife, Sunita Ahuja, has announced that she is stepping into Bollywood with her son, Yashwardhan Ahuja. The upcoming film will not only mark Sunita's acting debut on the big screen but will also introduce Yash as a new face in the industry.
Sunita confirmed that the film is being produced by renowned filmmaker Ekta Kapoor. Speaking to ANI, she shared that the movie is expected to release in September this year. She also revealed that she will be playing the role of Yash's mother in the film, making their on-screen pairing even more meaningful. Lock Upp 2 is also created and produced by Ekta Kapoor, in which Sunita Ahuja's presence was small but she won hearts of audience through her bold as well as emotional side.

Sunita Shares Details About The Project
Talking about the film, Sunita said, "I am doing a film with Yash. The film will be released in September. I love Ekta Kapoor a lot. It was because of her that I did the Netflix show, and we share a wonderful bond. In Yash's film, I am playing his mother. Perhaps, for the first time in the industry, a mother and son are being launched together."
Her announcement has generated excitement among fans, who are eager to watch the duo share screen space for the first time.

While Yash is preparing for his acting debut, his sister Tina Ahuja has already worked in Bollywood. She made her debut in 2015 with the film Second Hand Husband.
