Dharmendra 90th Birth Anniversary: On the occasion of Dharmendra’s birthday, Bobby Deol shared an emotional note along with a cherished photograph of himself with his late father. His message was filled with love, admiration and deep respect for the legendary actor who continues to live on in the hearts of millions. Dharmendra is survived by his wives Prakash Kaur and Hema Malini, and his six children: Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Ajeita Deol, Vijeta Deol, Esha Deol and Ahana Deol.
In his heartfelt post, Bobby wrote, “Mere Pyaare Papa aur Hamare Pyaare Dharam, I am writing this in your thoughts. There is not as much love in the world as the love you have given all of us. You stood by us through every smile and every tear. You held our hands through every challenge, just the way only our Dharam Paaji could. When you became a star, you lifted everyone around you. You never let go of anyone’s hand. You carried the pride of Punjab, Sahnewal, and India wherever you went. You are the He-Man for everyone, but you have been my hero since childhood. You taught us how to dream, how to believe in ourselves, and how to remain grounded. Your values made us Deols. To have a heart like yours, passion like yours, and love like yours is what I aspire to. You are my papa, but you are Dharam to the world. I am proud to be yours. Happy Birthday, my precious papa. I will love you forever and always.”
