Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has landed in France for the 2025 Cannes Film Festival. The actress’’ fan page has shared photos and videos from her arrival. Aishwarya’s daughter Aaradhya Bachchan also arrived with her to attend the festival. The mother-daughter duo were seen arriving at the airport as they received a warm welcome there. The actress donned a navy blue long trench coat, while Aaradhya is seen in a black coat.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's recent activities have been under scrutiny by fans and media alike. A video of the actress dancing with her husband Abhishek Bachchan at a wedding in Mumbai sparked speculation that she might be skipping the Cannes Film Festival this year. However, the rumours were put to rest when she was spotted at Nice Airport, confirming that she will indeed be attending the prestigious film festival. 

Amid the ongoing divorce rumours, her appearance at the wedding celebration with Abhishek has also delighted fans, showcasing the couple's joy and chemistry. Now, all eyes are on her stunning looks and presence at the Cannes Film Festival.

Aaradhya has accompanied Aishwarya at Cannes over the years. In a conversation with Film Companion, she had said, “It is really about just being together, it’s familiar to her, she knows everybody here, it is really about reuniting with friends, coming back here to Cannes, it is an experience that is so familiar to her.”

“She is a lot like me in that we are people’s people. It begins with that. She loves the play, she loves the vibe. Am sure she gets the fact that this is really a film festival. It is really about the world of cinema. It is wonderful to see in our kids that there is respect, there is recognition of this amazing work of cinema and I am sure it is all getting soaked in (in Aaradhya)," she added.
