At the Homebound premiere, a viral video ignited an online debate showing Farah Khan and Karan Johar seemingly ignoring Aayush Sharma on the red carpet. The director duo were recently spotted at the premiere of Homebound, starring actors Ishaan Khatter, Janhvi Kapoor and Vishal Jehtwa. Salman Khan’s brother-in-law, Aayush Sharma, was also present at the event. As he posed for the cameras, Karan and Farah walked past him without acknowledging his presence, leading netizens to speculate it was a deliberate move. The incident suggested friction between the prominent filmmakers and Salman Khan's brother-in-law.

However, Farah Khan took to social media to shut down the rumours, clarifying that it was not intentional. She stated that she could never ignore anyone, especially Aayush, and asked people to stop creating drama. Farah Khan left a comment under one viral video of hers and wrote, “Pls stop writing nonsense.. i can never ignore anyone.. least of all Ayush. Just shot a vlog with him n Arpita.. just didn’t see him in all the rush.. making it slow motion just to make it look bad?”

Before Farah Khan’s comment, several netizens slammed the filmmaker duo for ignoring Aayush Sharma. A social media user wrote, “Who cares he smart handsome personality and salman khan brother in law he don't need Farah or karan.” Another person expressed, “And he also avoided them..” A third person wrote, “In ke jagah agar shahrukh khan rehta toh aayush se zaroor milta tha..” Another internet user said, “They saw him clearly.”

Apart from Karan Johar, Farah Khan and Aayush Sharma, several other Bollywood celebrities also attended Homebound’s premiere. Stars like Vicky Kaushal, Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar, Janhvi Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Twinkle Khanna, Arjun Kapoor, Urmila Matondkar, Jannat Zubair, Bhuvan Bam, Carry Minati, Ishaan Khatter, Sharvari, Samay Raina, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Rohit Saraf, Khushi Kapoor, Fatima Sana Shaikh and others were spotted at the event.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, actor Aayush Sharma was first seen in Loveyatri opposite Warina Hussain. The movie failed to strike a chord with the audience, but Aayush built a decent image among his fans with his acting skills. Later, the actor was seen opposite Salman Khan in the movie Antim. Now, Aayush is all set to star in My Punjabi Nikaah with Sanjay Dutt.
